01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EasyWin, Malaysia's leading online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyWin website and all related services we offer to users in Malaysia.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the EasyWin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the EasyWin platform immediately.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy EasyWin, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and EasyWin.

02EasyWin Membership Eligibility

To register and use EasyWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. EasyWin has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage users and will terminate any account suspected of belonging to an individual under 18 years of age.
• You must be an individual — not a company, partnership, association, or other corporate entity.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where use of the EasyWin platform is permitted under your local laws.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list at EasyWin or any related platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any EasyWin employee directly involved in betting operations.

EasyWin reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

03Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) EasyWin account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification and payment processing.

You are solely responsible for keeping your EasyWin account password confidential. EasyWin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to safeguard your password. Please contact EasyWin's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your EasyWin account when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

EasyWin supports a wide range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia to make deposits and withdrawals easy. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. EasyWin does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, EasyWin reserves the right to freeze the funds and request clarification before any withdrawal is permitted.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, or to a verified account in the member's name. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 unless otherwise stipulated through a special agreement with EasyWin management.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

EasyWin offers a variety of bonuses and exciting promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the Promotions EasyWin.

The following general terms apply to all EasyWin bonuses and promotions:

• Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each individual is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• EasyWin reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or a breach of promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the stipulated requirements.
• If EasyWin determines that a member has used multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, all bonuses will be voided and the accounts concerned may be terminated.
• Time limits set for each bonus must be observed. Expired bonuses will not be extended except in exceptional circumstances at EasyWin's sole discretion.

06Betting Rules & Match Results

All bets placed on EasyWin are final once confirmed by the system, unless otherwise stated in the rules of a specific sport. Members are responsible for ensuring their bet details are accurate before confirming any wager.

EasyWin uses fairly and transparently calculated odds based on current market analysis. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is locked in. The applicable odds are those in effect at the time the bet is locked and confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed prior to confirmation.

• Bets placed after the start of an event (except for designated live betting) are void and will be cancelled.
• In cases where the official result of an event is revised by the relevant sports governing body after the initial announcement, EasyWin reserves the right to apply the officially confirmed result when settling related bets.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during live betting, EasyWin reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the member's account.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, suspended for more than 24 hours, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe will be declared void and stakes will be refunded.

EasyWin offers betting across a wide range of sports and esports, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, FA Cup Malaysia, badminton, and esports titles such as MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, Valorant, and Mobile Legends. 07Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all EasyWin members, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud & Hacking: Any attempt to defraud the EasyWin system, hack other users' accounts, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the EasyWin platform for money transfers, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorised Advantage Play: Exploiting errors in odds, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain illegitimate gains.
• Illegal Collusion: Two or more members colluding to defraud the betting system or unlawfully influence outcomes.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool to access or interact with the EasyWin platform automatically without written authorisation.
• VPN to Bypass Restrictions: Using a VPN or location-masking technology to access EasyWin from a restricted region or to circumvent account limits.

08Account Suspension & Closure

EasyWin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, manipulation, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure or self-exclusion requested by the member.
• Regulatory or legal decisions requiring account closure.

Members who wish to close their account may do so by contacting the EasyWin support team via live chat. Once the closure request is received, any valid remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

09EasyWin Liability Limits

EasyWin makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption. However, EasyWin cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free from outages, errors, or technical issues.

Subject to applicable law, EasyWin shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the EasyWin platform.
• Service disruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond EasyWin's control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Betting outcomes affected by third-party actions, including decisions made by sports regulatory bodies or event organisers.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to comply with these Terms or the security guidelines provided by EasyWin.

10Privacy & Data Protection

EasyWin takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by EasyWin is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy for detailed resources, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and account registration processing.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Fraud prevention and account security monitoring.

EasyWin will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as stated in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

11Responsible Betting

• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from betting activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12Amendments & Governing Law

EasyWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate action.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last amended. Continued use of the EasyWin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by EasyWin.
